Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservationist and occasional guest driver as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reservations for both North Shore Connection and Jamie O'Brien Surf Experience, ensuring seamless booking processes for guests seeking transportation and surfing experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations for transportation services offered by North Shore Connection, including airport transfers, private tours, and special events.
- Coordinate bookings for surf lessons and experiences provided by Jamie O'Brien Surf Experience, catering to the diverse needs and skill levels of guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information using our reservation system.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and surf equipment rentals, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about local attractions, activities, and amenities at Turtle Bay Resort.
- Drive guests to various destinations as required, adhering to safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reservation management and guest interactions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Familiarity with the North Shore of Oahu and its attractions preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
- A passion for delivering exceptional experiences and creating memorable moments for guests visiting Turtle Bay Resort.
